Greg Rokos, President of The Rokos Group, brings to his
clients over ten years of retained executive search experience. Greg
has participated in more than 150 senior level searches across
a broad spectrum of organizations. He applies his unique blend
of leadership skills and expertise in assisting clients with
the selection, recruitment, and retention of key individuals.
Greg began his career in the financial services industry
as a licensed financial advisor for John Hancock Financial Services
focusing on Executive Compensation Planning for key executives.
After three years in the business, he made a significant career
move and joined Merritt, Hawkins & Associates; a national
retained physician search firm. In 1994, after three years with
the firm, he became one of the founding partners and the President
of Pacific Medical Search, Inc., specializing in retained
physician and healthcare executive search.
In 1998, Greg Rokos merged his firm and his practice with the
retained executive search firm of Witt/Kieffer, Ford, Hadelman
& Lloyd. After successfully completing several key executive
searches for the firm, he chose to integrate his many years
of retained search experience and knowledge of numerous disciplines
and form The Rokos Group.
Greg received his bachelor of arts degree with honors in
Political Science from the University of California at Santa
Barbara Santa Barbara, California.
